- We can also assist with payments on behalf of an owner eg. Rates & levy payments made from the incoming rent.
An owner receives a monthly statement with rental income & expenditure reflecting any payments made on behalf of an owner as per their instructions.
Yearly statement for tax purposes can very easily be sent to an owner as well, reflecting all income/expenditure for any particular year.
